Postpartum Depression Treatment

• This is a Phase III study investigating the safety and efficacy of Brexanolone in women with postpartum depression.

• Participants will receive study-related treatment at no cost and will be compensated for time and travel.

Eligible participants must meet the following criteria: 

• Females aged 15 – 45, ≤18 months postpartum
• Major depressive episode that began no earlier than the second trimester (no earlier than week 14) and no later than the first 4 weeks following delivery.
